    Store Policy Regarding Sleep Products: At Pearls Furniture & Mattresses, we hold the health and safety of our customers in the highest regard. Therefore, we would like to inform you of our policy regarding sleep products:

    All sleep products, including mattresses, adjustable bases, protectors, pillows, and bedding accessories, are sold as final sale due to sanitary considerations. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

    For any approved exchanges, we strictly adhere to the manufacturer’s warranty coverage and guidelines.

    In Stock Furniture Items: Our in-stock furniture items are readily available for immediate pick-up or delivery and are part of our warehouse stock program. However, we kindly request that customers inspect the merchandise upon delivery or pick-up.

    Please note that Pearls Furniture & Mattresses cannot be held liable for any product damage occurring after delivery to the premises or during loading into your vehicle or chosen mode of transportation. Additionally, any damages to your premises or vehicle due to delivery or placement are not our responsibility.

    Certain special-order products and select in-stock merchandise are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, with all sales being final. Should you notice any damage or defects, please promptly note them on the delivery or pick-up receipt.

    Special Order Items: Special-order items, including custom-made items, are considered final sale and cannot be returned, canceled, or exchanged under any circumstances.

    Clearance / As-Is Items: All clearance and as-is items are sold as final sale, with no refunds or exchanges applicable.

    Customer Note: We kindly ask our customers to be mindful of the inherent characteristics of materials such as leather, marble, and wood, which may result in slight variations and are not considered defects. Additionally, please note that the perception of colors and textures of furniture may differ slightly between the lighting conditions in your home compared to those in our showrooms or on a computer screen.

    In the unfortunate event that any items arrive damaged or defective, we advise customers to promptly note the damage upon delivery and email photographs of the defective furniture to info@pearlsfurniture.ca within 2 days of receiving the items.

    Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy

    Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

    Shipping and Handling Costs

    Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment.

    Sales Tax: Orders will be charged a tax rate that is determined based on where the delivery takes place.
